What to Expect on the Day of Our Myrtle Beach Show
July 12, 2024Once you purchase your tickets for Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, you can get excited for a fun-filled evening with us! We provide guests both young and old, new and returning, with an action-packed show and a mouth-watering meal. To guarantee you have the best time on your visit, we’ve created a helpful guide for what to expect on the day of our Myrtle Beach show. How to Prepare
The only thing you really have to do to prepare for our show is get ready to have a good time! We always encourage guests to get their tickets online ahead of time so you don’t have to worry about them selling out before the date you plan to visit, and all you have to focus on is the excitement! Be sure you work up an appetite too before your visit because we serve each guest a four-course meal that’s made to satisfy all the hungry landlubbers and pirates! We also encourage guests to bring a little extra spending money in case they want to purchase a souvenir from our gift shop, participate in our Join the Crew experience, or grab a drink from our Pirates After Dark Bar™.
When to Arrive
You’ll want to be sure to arrive early on the day of your show! We offer some incredible pre-show excitement you won’t want to miss out on. We recommend arriving an hour before your scheduled show time to experience it all! If you aren’t planning on participating in the activities before the show, we still recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can pick up your tickets, get a group photo in our theater, and take your seats before the show begins.
What to Do Before the Show
Like we mentioned before, the fun at Pirates Voyage begins long before the show! Arrive early to Join the Crew, browse our gift shop for your own pirate treasure to take home, and visit Pirates Village for a real pirate sing-a-long and more fun. Our Join the Crew experience is available for all ages for an additional fee, but it’s extremely popular amongst kids. It involves pirate and mermaid makeovers that include facial makeup and fun accessories. You’ll feel just like our incredible performers you’ll see during the show! Our gift shop features something for everyone, from handcrafted pirate ships and specialty skull mugs to unique Pirates Voyage t-shirts and plush toys. Don’t forget to grab a cheering flag to use during the show! Pirates Village is where the real pirate fun begins! It’s the perfect way to get you into the swashbuckling spirit before you take your seats in our theater. Sing pirate songs, and snack on some pirate-themed grub! After the pre-show excitement, you’re ready for all the action in Buccaneer Bay.
What to Expect During the Show
Our Myrtle Beach show is unlike anything else. You won’t find another pirate dinner show in the area that can compare to Pirates Voyage. When you take your seats, you’ll be served a four-course feast that will satisfy the hungriest of appetites, complete with our famous Voyager Creamy Vegetable Soup, Swashbucklin’ Sugar-Cured Ham, Matey’s Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Apple O’ Me Eye Pie, and more! While you eat, you’ll be entertained by an epic pirate battle as they fight on deck, on land, in the air, and in the water. Watch in amazement as our pirates scale their full-sized ships, our mermaids dive gracefully into the water, and our animals perform skillful tricks. Keep an eye out for the incredible fire trick, during which one of our performers lights up Buccaneer Bay in flames. It’s non-stop action throughout the entire performance!
