5 Fun Facts About the Acts You’ll See at Our Myrtle Beach Show

We don’t just put on an ordinary show — we provide guests almost two hours of non-stop action, featuring impressive stunts and mesmerizing acts. 1. Some Involve Fire
You can see Buccaneer Bay illuminated by flames during Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show! Not only does our show feature impressive pyrotechnics, but we also have an astonishing fire act that will have guests on the edge of their seats the entire time. Our performer shows off his incredible skills as he juggles and twirls real fire!
2. Some Involve Acrobatics
Our pirate performers put on quite the show! Instead of an ordinary sword fight, the Crimson and Sapphire crews take it up a notch by battling on deck, on land, in the water, and in the air above their full-sized pirate ships! The acrobatics they perform will captivate every member of the audience. Watch as they swing through the air, scale the ships, and display their talents through various acrobatic tricks, such as aerial silk dances and feats of strength on climbing poles. You’ll have to see it with your own eyes to believe it!
3. Some Involve High-Diving
Along with acrobatics, we have performers who specialize in high diving. The complex high dives you’ll get to see throughout our show take it to a whole new level. Watch as our pirates swing from ropes and dive into the water, and our mermaids perform high above the lagoon before diving back into the water! In addition to our human performers, we also have some daring dogs who show off their diving skills.
4. Some Involve Animals
Speaking of dogs, some of our guests’ favorite acts include live animals! A crowd-pleasing part of the show is when Salty the Sea Lion takes the stage to compete in a battle against Captain Blackbeard. Salty dances and performs clever tricks with a comical castaway to ultimately win the battle. In addition to Salty, there are tropical birds who soar through the theater. Watch as a beautiful macaw takes flight before landing on a pirate’s arm!
5. One Involves a Phosphorescent Wonderland
New for our 2024 season is Deep Sea Wonders, a mesmerizing act that involves a phosphorescent wonderland. You’ll get to see translucent jellyfish float, along with giant sea turtles and seahorses riding currents within glowing, flowering beds of coral. This special act allows guests to dive into the deep and discover the magical world beneath the waves of Buccaneer Bay!
